701 W Ocean Avenue - JXM Collective

Built in 1925, this fabulous Mediterranean estate home still carries itself like it did in the bygone era of the roaring 20’s! The wonderful blend of charm, detail, grandeur and quality are evident everywhere you look. The main house has 4 bedrooms and seems like it goes on forever with glistening hardwood floors and tons of natural light. The main living areas all flow beautifully to the resort style backyard and pool with two separate and private guest houses adding three more bedrooms, 3 more baths and two more kitchens to the mix. This estate welcomes either a large family needing tons of space or it can continue as a very popular and successful Airbnb that can accommodate as many as 20 overnight guests and plays host to events like wedding receptions and family celebrations. The fall and winter bookings are already underway proving to be another great season.
